    Reception with Australian Education Counsellor

    introduction

As a member of the B Triple A, I got invited to a reception organised by the Australian High Commission for Mr Adam Carlon, the Education Counsellor with Australian Education International (AEI) in Kuala Lumpur. It was also the occasion to introduce his successor, Ms.Louise McSorley. AEI Promotes the Australian education and training industry to the world and provides information on the benefits of studying in Australia for overseas students.

Just to juggle your memory, the BAAA that was formed in 2002 with the following objectives:

    • To represent and advance the interests of members who are alumni of Australian universities, education institutions, defence institutions and training centres.
    • To establish a network of members in Brunei so as to foster progress in the areas of education, culture, commerce, science and industry.
    • To promote and foster relations amongst alumni associations of Brunei and of other countries.

BAAA is open to anyone who has studied or worked in Australia or any Australian citizens currently working in Brunei.

    Why join the BAAA?

    • For students – a great opportunity to network and tap information with regard to employability.
    • For Graduates- to relive the good memories of life as a student and to meet other fellow graduates from Australia.
